The Children’s Wish organization is near & dear to the Raito family’s hearts. Two of my precious children have had life threatening congenitive heart disease(s). Their successful open heart surgeries & lengthly hospital stays were the most difficult time in not only my families life, but as well truly affected our friends, business partners & even complete strangers.
My youngest daughter received her hearts felt wish from Children’s Wish Canada in 2009. As a result of this life changing experience, I not only became a Wish father, I also joined the advisory board of Childrens Wish. The entire Raito family dedicates as much time and money as possible to this amazing organization. Nothing is better than seeing the face of a child light up when they find out their wish is being granted.
I’m more than lucky that my wife & I can still kiss our girls every night before they go to bed, as they amazingly have recovered from their crtitcal illnesses. My heart goes out to those parents who can not.
