Slow Carb Parmesan, Garlic & Salt Kale Chips

Pre-heat oven to 350. Strip as many chip size pieces of leaf off one bunch of organic kale as you can. ( No stems or veins of leaves). Place on parchment paper on cookie sheet, ensuring kale chips don’t touch each other. Lightly sprinkle with olive oil and spices of your choice. 10-13 minutes later devour!

Suggestion: My fav mixture to sprinkle on top is Parmesan, garlic powder and kosher salt! It will never replace a potato chip, but is still one of the most amazing unique snacks I have ever had!
