They don't respond emails They hide under a rock and refer all inquiries to their community of Forum You have to put up a fight to get vouchers processed More importantly they used up your credit time and dont' support evidence of your consumption, calls history is a farce Very arrogant of a company I am now looking for a compatible company, that can be use with a Mac no Vonage please or mothtly fees.
